When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary due to availability during the pandemic. We will not be able to call to let you know of substitutions. Substitutions happen on a normal day to day basis and are much worse because of covid and the production of flowers. Also the cost of flowers are up so please be advised of that as well. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

My daughter sent a photo of the flowers. They were stunning and did not have that commercially designed look, but like someone who loves flowers and is talented with them chose and arranged them. I had messaged the florist to make sure the bouquet included a particular flower and they were quick to respond that those were not in yet but “would this one do instead?”. Just great service.
