When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary due to availability during the pandemic. We will not be able to call to let you know of substitutions. Substitutions happen on a normal day to day basis and are much worse because of covid and the production of flowers. Also the cost of flowers are up so please be advised of that as well. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I sent a friend flowers following a death in the family. She called me and shared that they were some of the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. I asked for the flowers to be bright and colorful. She sent me a photo and it was a stunning arrangement with beautiful texture and dimension. I believe the designer's choice is always the best option, you get the freshest flowers and most interesting designs. She told me it was the best part of her week.
