When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Our dear friends in Philly received this bouquet and they told us they are the most beautiful flowers they have ever seen. We have now used Ten Pennies twice to send flowers and both times were excellent experiences. Flowers delivered same day and professionally.
