When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

The beautiful arrangement of roses were absolutely gorgeous. The roses were supposed to be red and pink roses, but they send me a email that said they were out of pink roses. So they asked me if it was okay too use white in the place of the white and I said yes. I’m so glad I said yes to the white roses, it was truly the best choice. When they arrived to my friends house she was so blessed by the beautiful arrangement, and she said they smelled amazing her heart was overwhelming. I will definitely be ordering from Ten Pennies Florist in the near future.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Deliveries will be made on the day you select however if you need it before a certain time you need to specify that in the notes if not the delivery time is up to us. We do our best to accommodate all delivery requests.
