When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

This was a birthday gift to our daughter. The flowers were gorgeous and the arrangement was beautiful. Flower arrangements from a local florist are always so much more creative and distinctive than those from FTD and other national chains. Delivery was right on time.
