When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Nicole was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional in helping me order the perfect arrangement for my brother. As Aidan am living overseas and was having them delivered as a surprise I chose based off the photos on the website. Beautiful flowers. I highly recommend Nicole and Ten Pennies Florist.

The arrangement was beautiful, exactly as pictured and described. I sent it to a friend who had just lost 2 family members thinking a splash of color would brighten his day, which it did. What I had forgotten is that the address had changed last year when he bought a house in the same neighborhood. The delivery person called me at home and on my cell after going to the old address, so I was able to contact my friend and get the new address and advise the delivery person who thankfully was still in the neighborhood. The flowers were delivered about 20 minutes later which is a quick. I am very impressed with the prompt response and professionalism of the company. Thank you so much.
