When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Although I didn't hear from the recipient until late in the day, I'll let her reaction speak for itself: "Hi, I just walked in to find the most beautiful, beautiful arrangement! Thank you so much!
