When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

I was not happy with the upgrade of flowers sent, but I noticed that I was given a refund for the upcharge from the store. I was very surprised because when I called the girl on the phone told me that the case size is the same and a few flowers are added. I am pleasantly surprised by the refund and would like to say the arrangement was beautiful, just not a big enough statement for the holidays. I ordered from the website which could make the arrangement look bigger than it really is in person. Thank you so much for your quick response. Flowers showed up and were beautiful .
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Deliveries will be made on the day you select however if you need it before a certain time you need to specify that in the notes if not the delivery time is up to us. We do our best to accommodate all delivery requests.
