When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordered the arrangement through the website. Never spoke to a live person. The arrangement was beautifull and the flowers were fresh. The delivery was timley. I would use Ten Pennies again.

This it the second time I have purchased from these guys online, from across the country, since I live in CA and send flowers to my daughter in PA. She reports that they are beautiful and she loves them. I will keep supporting this local business who delivers as they say they will. I was careful to avoid the V-day rush, so I can't say how they perform when the pressure is intense, but on an average day, they make good on their promise. You can trust them to provide what the picture implies, and as lovely. She sent me a photo and I thought the real bouquet was nicer than their website photo.
