When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

Ordered the arrangement through the website. Never spoke to a live person. The arrangement was beautifull and the flowers were fresh. The delivery was timley. I would use Ten Pennies again.

They never disappoint!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
