When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary at times, we do our best to notify customers of any major changes but sometimes we do have to make minor substitutions without your knowledge. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.
A unique custom flower arrangement in a real high heel shoe! No order will look the same each high heel will be a different color and flowers will be used to compliment the shoe. This is just an example of what the size of the arrangement will be and what types of flowers will be used but each design will vary in uniqueness and beauty! These are made with FRESH flowers not silk.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
