When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary due to availability during the pandemic. We will not be able to call to let you know of substitutions. Substitutions happen on a normal day to day basis and are much worse because of covid and the production of flowers. Also the cost of flowers are up so please be advised of that as well. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My friend and I ordered flowers for our girlfriend’s birthday from Ten Pennies Florist. Her words, “ Thank you so much for the flowers. They are absolutely breathtaking and the candle smells so yummy. Love you both xoxoxo”. Doesn’t get any better than that! I’ll be sure to order from Ten Pennies Florist again.
